The Open Door Sisterhood is a growing network of women working to inspire one another to walk through the doors God opens for them. Areas of focus currently include an annual mastermind retreat (The Open Door Sisterhood Retreat) and weekly podcast (The Open Door Sisterhood Podcast). Led by Krista Gilbert and Alexandra Kuykendall the sisterhood has multiple projects that need administrative attention.
Position: Team Administrator
Hours: Average 5-8 hours per week (weeks immediately preceding the September retreat will be heavier)
Bonus: Attendance and full participation in The 2017 Open Door Sisterhood Mastermind Retreat, valued at $899
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Social media management:
Post blog posts and podcast episodes on Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram
Respond to comments on various platforms
Familiarity with photoshop or illustrator helpful but not required
Schedule zoom recordings for podcast interviews
Communicate with guests ahead of podcast recording regarding interview details
Mastermind Meeting Management:
Schedule zoom links for monthly calls and communicate with participants
Collect gifts for participants
Print materials for participants
Manage transportation for retreat participants to and from Spokane International Airport to retreat location
An enthusiasm for The Open Door Sisterhood’s mission
High attention to detail
Reliable internet access
Familiarity with basic Microsoft programs
Posture of service to the team and our guests
Personal integrity and high level of confidentiality
