The Open Door Sisterhood is growing! We are looking for some sisters to join our team as we encourage women all around the world to take steps forward and be world changers for good right where they are. We know that God is leading and directing and we can’t wait to see who He brings to join us on this journey. These positions are volunteer, with some exciting perks and benefits. PODCAST ASSISTANT
The Story:
Podcasting has many details and we’re looking for someone who wants to join our team in helping produce the weekly shows. We’re thinking she is already a fan of The Open Door Sisterhood Podcast and is someone who gets excited about what’s happening in digital media and who is eager to learn about the art of podcasting.
Tell Me More:
Ideally this person has experience in, or is willing to learn:
*garageband editing
*writing copy
*social media savvy
Responsibilities Include:
*co-production of the weekly podcast shows, from editing to show notes you’ll learn it all
*social media campaigns
*meetings with Krista Gilbert bi-weekly
Commitment Level:
3-5 Hours per week
This position is volunteer…. however, there are perks!
The Perks!
*Personal coaching four to six times a year. We will create a plan together based on specific needs and provide in-depth coaching on strengths, goals, purpose, and calling.
*Growth and learning from the sisterhood – access to all pre-recorded videos that the mastermind group uses throughout the year.
*Resume building experience with leaders in the Christian podcasting industry.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
The Story:
The main goal of this position is to provide inspirational, practical, and promotional posts that inspire women to live purposeful lives. We want to be a consistent part of their daily life, a sister next to them on the journey, and we do that through the podcasts and contact on social media.
Tell me More:
The ideal candidate will have experience in, or is willing to learn:
*Picmonkey, Photoshop, or Canva
* Hootsuite
Responsibilities Include:
*Take quotes we provide from interviews and put them on memes for posting
*Post on Pinterest
*Create images in Picmonkey and schedule them
Commitment:
2-4 hours per week
This position is volunteer for 1 year, and there are perks!

The ideal candidate will have experience in, or is willing to learn:
*Correspondence with guests and / or other people in the Sisterhood
*Google Drive
*Detail oriented work
Responsibilities Include:
*assisting Krista and Alex in various responsibilities to to be determined upon hire.
Commitment:
2-4 hours per week
This position is volunteer for 1 year, and there are perks!
